Content License Agreement

1. The license you grant

By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making content available on MasLife World TV ("the Platform"), you grant MasLife World TV a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to:

  • host, store, cache, back up, and display the content;
  • publish, reproduce, modify, edit, translate, adapt, re-encode, and create derivative works of the content;
  • distribute, broadcast, stream, syndicate, and perform the content on any platform now known or later developed;
  • promote and market the Platform using the content, including in trailers, social posts, paid advertising, and partner channels;
  • monetize the content (including through advertising, sponsorships, subscriptions, licensing, and merchandise);
  • sublicense the content to third parties (including media partners, broadcasters, advertisers, and event organizers);
  • use the content in advertising, social media, marketing materials, broadcasts, websites, apps, and future platforms or media formats.

2. The license survives deletion

The license granted in Section 1 survives the deletion of your content and the deletion or termination of your account.MasLife World TV may continue to use, store, and sublicense copies of your content that were created, distributed, or licensed before deletion.

3. Your representations and warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own the content, or you have all necessary rights, licenses, releases, consents, and permissions to grant the license in Section 1;
  • the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral right, right of privacy, right of publicity, or any other right of any third party;
  • everyone identifiable in the content has consented to its capture, upload, and use in the ways described in this Agreement;
  • you are solely responsible for the content you upload, including any consequences of its use by MasLife World TV or its sublicensees.

4. No compensation

Unless there is a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of MasLife World TV, you are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, revenue sharing, licensing fees, advertising revenue, or future paymentsfor content you upload, or for any use, sublicense, or monetization of that content by MasLife World TV or its partners.

5. Platform rights

MasLife World TV may, at its sole discretion and without notice:

  • feature, recommend, or promote content;
  • remove, hide, or restrict content;
  • edit, trim, re-encode, caption, or otherwise modify content;
  • add MasLife World TV branding, watermarks, overlays, or pre-roll/end-card content;
  • use content in promotions, advertising, and partner marketing;
  • monetize content through advertising, sponsorships, or licensing;
  • license content to third parties, including media organizations and event partners;
  • decline, restrict, suspend, or remove any content or account.

6. Moral rights waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights or rights of attribution and integrity you may have in the content with respect to MasLife World TV's exercise of the license in Section 1.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MasLife World TV, its officers, employees, partners, sublicensees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you upload or from any breach of the representations and warranties in Section 3.

8. Removing your content

You may delete your content from the Platform at any time. Deletion removes the content from public view going forward, but does not terminate the license in Section 1 with respect to copies already created, distributed, sublicensed, or used. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy if you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights.

9. Acceptance

By creating an account, uploading content, or continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Content License Agreement together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
