MasLife World TV respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below.
1. Submitting a takedown notice
Send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL on MasLife World TV where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Counter-notice
If content you uploaded was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone, and email, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which MasLife World TV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
3. Repeat infringers
MasLife World TV will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
4. Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may subject you to liability under the DMCA.
