1. Who we are

MasLife World TV ("MasLife", "we", "us") operates a video platform celebrating carnival, J'Ouvert, steelpan, parade, and Caribbean cultural events worldwide. By accessing the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old to view, and 16 or older (with rights to the footage) to upload. Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • No hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or content sexualizing minors.
  • No nudity, graphic violence, illegal activity, or copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
  • No spam, automated scraping, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
  • No misrepresentation of who filmed or appears in a video.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. By submitting, you grant MasLife a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, transcode, watermark, promote and display your video across the platform and our official social channels, with credit where provided. Full upload terms live in our Submission Agreement.

5. Moderation & removal

We may remove, restrict, or unpublish content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law — including automatic removal of exact duplicate uploads. Removed content is held in a 9-day Recycle Bin before permanent deletion. We can terminate accounts that repeatedly violate the rules.

6. Copyright & takedowns

If you believe content on MasLife infringes your rights, file a request at /takedown. Repeat infringers will have their accounts disabled.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific video will remain online. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasLife is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
