MasLife World TV — Submission Terms & Content License
These terms apply whenever you submit video, photo, or other content to MasLife World TV (the "Platform"). By checking the agreement box on the submission form, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.
1. Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their submitted content.
2. License Granted
By submitting content, you grant MasLife World TV a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
- Publish, stream, display, edit, modify, and translate the content
- Promote, advertise, monetize, sell, license, and sublicense the content
- Distribute the content across all current and future media platforms
3. Commercial Rights
Without further notice or approval, MasLife World TV may:
- License content to third parties
- Sell content
- Sublicense content
- Include content in advertising campaigns
- Include content in documentaries
- Include content in television programming
- Include content in streaming services
- Include content in promotional campaigns
4. Compensation Waiver
Unless a separate written agreement exists, creators are not entitled to royalties, revenue sharing, licensing fees, residuals, profit participation, or future payments. Creators expressly waive future claims for compensation.
5. Content Warranty
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You own the content or have permission to submit it.
- Submission does not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MasLife World TV, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, successors, and partners from claims arising from your submitted content.
7. Content Moderation
MasLife World TV may, at its sole discretion:
- Accept content
- Reject content
- Remove content
- Edit content
- Archive content
8. Arbitration
Any dispute relating to submitted content shall be resolved through binding arbitration. No class actions are permitted. Georgia law governs this agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
MasLife World TV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages relating to content submissions.
10. Acceptance Record
For every submission we permanently record the submitter's email, IP address, date and time, the version of these terms accepted, and confirmation that the agreement checkbox was checked. This evidence stays associated with the content.
