MasLife may host, stream and promote your video, and show advertising and sponsors alongside it. You keep ownership. You confirm you have all the rights needed.

MasLife World TV — Music Video Submission Terms (version music-2026-10-29-draft1)

1. What you give us. By submitting, you grant MasLife World TV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, technically encode (convert for streaming), stream, display and make available the submitted music video on MasLife World TV websites and apps; to create and show thumbnails and still frames from it; and to use the artist name, song title and your description to present and promote the video, including on MasLife social media.

2. Advertising and sponsors. MasLife may show advertising, sponsor logos or sponsored placements next to, before or around your video and may earn money from them. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, no payment is owed to you.

3. You keep ownership. You and the rights holders keep all ownership of the video, the song and the recording. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to MasLife. Featuring your video does not mean you endorse MasLife or any sponsor.

4. Your promise about rights. You confirm that you own, or are authorised by everyone who does own, all rights needed for the uses above, including: the audiovisual video itself; the underlying song (composition / publishing); the sound recording and any samples in it; the performers, dancers and people shown (likeness); and any other third-party material in the video. If you are not sure, do not submit, or tell us in the description so we can keep it pending. Submitting for free does not remove anyone's licensing rights or duties to third parties.

5. Review. MasLife reviews every submission and may decline, remove or stop showing any video at any time. Links you send are not downloaded automatically; we may ask you for an authorised file.

6. Removal. You can ask us to remove your video at any time through maslifeworldtv.com/takedown or by replying to us. We aim to remove it within 7 days of a verified request. Rights holders can also use our DMCA process.

7. Your information. We keep your email, the time you agreed and the version of these terms privately, only to manage your submission and handle rights questions.

8. No guarantees. MasLife does not guarantee views, placement, search ranking or income.
